Healthy Chocolate Shake - Tastes Like a Frosty

Serves: 1
  • 1 cup original unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana (see tip for the frozen banana)
  • 1½ tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon chia seeds (I used a whole teaspoon)
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (I used 2 for more richness)
  • 10 - 15 ice cubes (The more ice, the thicker it is. I used 15 and it was thick like a frosty)
  • **Optional: 1 packet of stevia**
  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender or Nutribullet until all the ice is blended and smooth.
  2. If your shake isn't sweet enough for your taste, you can always add a packet of stevia but mine was very chocolaty and frosty-like without it.
