Tahini Goddess Slaw

This Tahini Goddess dressing is tangy and peanutty. A protein packed dressing for slaw or as a salad dressing.
Serves: 6
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ cup oil (used EVOO)
  1. Combine all ingredients except for the oil in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add about half of the oil at a time and blend.
  3. Pour on slaw of your choice or use as a delicious protein packed salad dressing.
